About the masterclass

There is an ‘art’ to writing winning bids. You need to know what to say (in grants, contracts, public loans and tenders), how to say it for greatest impact, and what evidence you need to include to provide the assessors faith and belief in your project.

This event will help you to prepare bids for funding opportunities via a variety of sources including Innovate UK, DSTL, DASA, DSIT etc.

We will help you improve the quality of your bids giving you the best chance of success.

Our half-day session focusses on what to include and how to structure the content to achieve the biggest impact. This will help you to write compelling bids whatever the process and structure.

• Understanding the funding context – what is out there and why

• Treating going for a grant as a project in its own right – should you bid and if yes how to plan this to get the job done
